payment:

- go’s take longer than a normal trade/sale so please do not join if you are expecting a quick turnaround
- once all items are claimed and the group chat is created, each payment is due 24 hours after i request it
- once your claim is confirmed, there are no backouts unless you find a replacement!
- refunds will only be issued if i cannot secure an item after payment is received
- if i am buying a set through a site like neokyo, mercari, etc. i am not responsible if any pc’s are damaged or unofficial as i cannot review the product before purchasing
- i am not responsible for tracking you down for payment! i am very communicative and i ask for the same in return. if you miss a deadline and i am unable to reach you after 48 hours, your claim will go back up for grabs and you will not be given a refund

- i am pretty active on ig but i have a full time job, so please be patient with responses and send outs
- i have a dog so, while he does not come in contact with any items or supplies, be aware if you have major allergies
- both you and i have the right to stop the trade/sale as long as it is before we exchange addresses. i will stop the trade/sale if i am getting a bad vibe from you
- communication is key. i should not have to ask you why things are being delayed, what the status of the item is if you do not meet a deadline, etc. i am very understanding but will not tolerate lack of communication.
- i owned a small business that operated solely on instagram for three years, so i am very experienced when it comes to sales & online transactions. any sketchy behavior will not fly by me as i know all the signs of a scammer or a non-payer!
